For all its problems with the insincere among its ranks, the real truth movement is the one peopled by the vast, honest majority who believe the events of 9/11 must be subjected to the closest scrutiny possible if we are to learn from this dark chapter in world history. This site is for every real "truther" out there.

"If telling the truth marginalizes you, then that is the place to be. After all, if enough people are willing to be marginalized, then before you know it, society has developed a different center. This is the politics of truth."

E. Martin Schotz

"I've had enough of someone else's propaganda... I'm for truth, no matter who tells it. I'm for justice, no matter who it is for or against. I'm a human being first and foremost, and as such I'm for whoever and whatever benefits humanity as a whole."

Malcolm X

"I am a passionate seeker after Truth and a not less passionate enemy of the malignant fictions used by the "Party of Order", the official representatives of all turpitudes, religious, metaphysical, political, judicial, economic, and social, present and past, to brutalise and enslave the world; I am a fanatical lover of Liberty; considering it as the only medium in which can develop intelligence, dignity, and the happiness of man..."

Mikhail Bakunin

"Tell all the Truth but tell it slant-/Success in Circuit lies/Too bright for our infirm Delight/The Truth's superb surprise/As Lightning to the Children eased/With explanation kind/The Truth must dazzle gradually/Or every man be blind-"

Emily Dickinson

Israeli Ambassador to Australia Hints at War with Iran

Let's hope this guy is just full of shit. Let's also hope than when he says "in the next month" he means "months" and just doesn't pronounce it right. (That's a tricky one for non-native speakers.) Don't miss his request that cameras be turned off!

Rehaf Alagha

Israel has imprisoned Gaza for the last 3 years, cutting it off from the whole world. No food, water, gas, medicine; Palestinians are either trapped in or out of Gaza. People have tried to invent a solution, the under ground market. What has saved Palestinians for all these years are the underground tunnels between Gaza and Egypt. Where people crawl underground just to get some basic food supplies and fuel for generators. What normally costs 1 pound, we pay 6 pounds or more, and money is tight.

Zionism and the Future of Palestine (1919) By Morris Jastrow

This is a book written in 1919, shortly after the conclusion of WWI and the British endorsement of a Jewish national home in Palestine, by American Jewish professor Morris Jastrow. It is a must-read for anyone who wishes to understand the conflict that to this day polarizes so many. The following is a key excerpt:

Letter from Dr. Akram Habeeb of the Islamic University of Gaza

As a Fulbright scholar and professor of American literature at the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG), I have always preferred to keep silent about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I always felt that it was my mission to preach love and peaceful coexistence. However, Israel's massive offensive against the Gaza Strip has spurred me to speak out.

"Still Breathing"

Still Breathing, A Report from Gaza
By Caoimhe Butterly

The morgues of Gaza's hospitals are over-flowing. The bodies in their
blood-soaked white shrouds cover the entire floor space of the Shifa
hospital morgue. Some are intact, most horribly deformed, limbs twisted
into unnatural positions, chest cavities exposed, heads blown off, skulls
crushed in. Family members wait outside to identify and claim a brother,
husband, father, mother, wife, child. Many of those who wait their turn
have lost numerous family members and loved ones.

Death Is the Only Dowry, January 15, 2009

The sea no longer yields its generous fruits, there's nothing left of the ripples reflecting the sky, and death was the only dowry left by the war ships plowing through its ghostly liquid. We still try to create routes of salvation, make a breakthrough to this tormented land, now confiscated and imprisoned, every inch of it raped and reduced to a cemetery for a dead without rest. For a few days now, even funerals have become targets of the Israeli air force, as if the murdered Palestinians deserved an additional punishment in death as well.

Subcomandante Insurgente Marcos (Zapatista National Liberation Army) on Gaza

The underground rivers that crisscross the world can change their geography, but they sing the same song.

And the one we hear now is one of war and pain.

Not far from here, in a place called Gaza, in Palestine, in the Middle East, right here next to us, the Israeli government's heavily trained and armed military continues its march of death and destruction.

The Hippocratic Oath is Dead in Gaza

http://guerrillaradio.iobloggo.com/archive.php?eid=1769

In Gaza, a firing squad put Hippocrates up against a wall, aimed and fired. The absurd declarations of an Israeli secret services' spokesman, according to which the army was given the green light in firing at ambulances because they allegedly carried terrorists, is an illustration of the value that Israel assigns to human life these days – the lives of their enemies, that is. It's worth revisiting what's stated in the Hippocratic Oath, which every doctor swears upon before starting to practice the profession.

Nerve Gas

[Cross-posting this bit of testimony from Ewa Jaciewicz's blog here:

White phosphorous too is reportedly being used, along with a
white mist of nerve gas hanging in Jabaliya a few days ago and over Beit
Hanoun, in the Zoumou street area.

Today at least three casualties, all of them elderly women, were brought
into Beit Hanoun hospital suffering from inhalation of this gas, which
chokes people, tightening chests and nasal passages and rendering people
dizzy and disorientated; we were all affected by it, despite being maybe

Beit Hanoun, Part 3, January 10-11, 2009

By Ewa Jasiewicz, reporting from Beit Hanoun and Jabaliya in the Gaza Strip
10-11th January 2009

Last night was a quiet one in Jabaliya. ‘Only’ six homes bombed into the
ground, the Market, again, maybe four lightly injured people – shrapnel to
the face injuries – and no martyrs. Beit Hanoun saw a young woman, Nariman
Ahmad Abu Owder, just 17, shot dead as she made tea in her family’s
kitchen. It was 9pm in the Hay Amel area when witnesses reported
‘thousands’ of bullets shot by tanks onto homes in Azrah Street.
