Since the end of January – nine (or more) major fiber optic cables – on the ocean floors have suspiciously been cut, disrupting most or all telecommunications/internet capabilities for the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia. From Egypt to India and most points in between, cable cuts in the Persian Gulf, Egypt, Malaysia and France have predominately affected Muslim nations. Bottom line, this is keeping them "off-the-communication grid" slowing their international markets for trade and commerce to a standstill. And, this has delayed the grand opening for the Oil Bourse.

Suspicious that the story never really existed, I did a quick Google News search. In two separate searches, one for the title and another for "Richard Sauder", Google News twice showed that the story did exist at one time. A Google web search shows it was also picked up by tehrantimes.com and turkishweekly.net. turkishweekly.net gave tehrantimes.com as its source while tehrantimes.com gave presstv.ir as its source.

Interestingly, no word on whether a 'cease fire' order was ever given or if the gunner actually fired, though. It seems like had the gunner not fired regardless of a change in direction of the target, that in the absence of a 'cease fire' order, charges of disobeying a direct order could be brought.

We all agree that we disagree with the OCT.

What specific complaints do we have with regard to this issue?

Complaints should be made with reference to specific individuals whose actions merit scrutiny.

Here are a few possibilities:

1. Our elected representatives in Congress have been derelict in their duty to carry out their office in our interests.

2. NIST and FEMA published intentionally misleading reports.

3. Evidence has been withheld, concealed, destroyed, and even manufactured out of whole cloth by various parties.
