jot down some instructions for this dumbblond on how to upload

an audiofile that I have saved on my computer in Windows Media/Library.

It's a WMA file...i really need step by step. when you have time.

funny, i can do youtubes but not my own music! waaa.

when you're playing it in

when you're playing it in windows media player, do a right click on the title and select properties, then copy the whole location (highlight it, right click - copy)

then go to:
http://wtcdemolition.com/blog/node/add/audio

and click in the upload field and do right click - paste

then give it the title and artist and hit preview (it seems to work better previewing first as opposed to hitting submit right away.) on the preview screen hit submit...

did Gretavo's instructions help?

Here's what I do step by step:

Click on create content, then audio.

fill in the fields. for some reason the body field defaults super tiny in my browser, like 1/2 a line high, but i can stretch it from the lower right.

anyway, browse on your computer for the audio file. make sure it's under 2MB or you might get a cryptic error.

click submit, it always comes back with an error saying i didn't fill in the author and title and giving me an option to fill them in now in red boxes. click submit...

there it is (or should be anyway!) on the recent audio menu .
