Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer arrived in Israel on Wednesday for a three-hour visit to inaugurate Microsoft's new research and development center in Herzliya. The ceremony was attended by President Shimon Peres and leading hi-tech representatives.

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is flanked by Microsoft Israel CEO Danny Yamin and Microsoft Israel head of R&D Moshe Lichtman yesterday in Herzliya.

"Microsoft is as much an Israeli company as an American company," Ballmer said, adding that the proportion of Microsoft employees per capita in Israel was similar to that in the United States.

The lineup for the New England 9/11 Truth Symposium didn't excite me much. Mainly, Sander Hicks and his latest goose chase called "The Graham Report" is what I have a problem with. Dropped into a string of comments at commondreams.org, then picked up for the Swedish 9/11 Truth site and from there seeded to 911blogger, this anonymous item should be carefully considered by folks with an interest in the "discourse management" side of 9/11. I think it is no less than a trial balloon for what an attempt to integrate the obvious fact that the buildings blew the f_ up with some kind of limited hangout.

It's all starting to make a lot of sense.  The fear of "government surveillance" promoted by fake truthers like Alex Jones AND by the fake controlled left is a gift to real terrorists and spies.  Those who think that the real terrorists are actually Arab or Muslim will be divided on these measures depending on where they fall on the fake left/right blue/red spectrum.  The reds will say they will trade freedom for security against arab muslims, the blues will say that their civil liberties are important to them and that racial profiling is wrong.
