Mapping the Movement: Identifying those who have claimed to want to expose the truth about 9/11
I think this may be a more fun way of doing this... wiki style! I'll create child pages for each (at least roughly) discernible truther "clique". If I miss any (and I will) please let me know in a comment to this page. Then, on each child page, we can add a comment for each member of that clique that we can think of. Once we're as finished as we can be, we can then map the connections graphically!

the idea here is that all of these are either groups that "run together" or individuals who are vaguely independent. this is really just raw data at this point--suggestions for organizing are welcome...
The issue is...
are we going to include "ourselves"? We have histories and intersect with these different groups also, individually and collectively.

It's tricky, because it's kind of a crossroads and it has a complex history. I'll make it a page and then if you feel like it, JDLC, you can start populating it with comments about the figures you feel are central.

I think when I started I was aiming for more well defined "tribes" and 911B seemed like too much of a catch-all. But to be complete, this project has to cover pretty much every type of entity, then categorize, so yep, I should have added it...

One of the first ever fake 9/11 Truth websites was GNN.TV (aka guerrillanewsnetwork.com). They produced the first 9/11 Truth type video I ever saw called S11 Redux. YT aka Cosmo and Reprehensor were regulars at GNN along with Sander Hicks (as a writer) and other 9/11 Truthers.
Anthony Lappe', the owner and editor of the site previously worked for the USIA (think US State Department Propaganda Office) in the West Bank and would later write the forward to Sander Hick's 9/11 Book "The Big Wedding". Stephen Marshall was a partner and these guys both promoted the BIG LIE with books, videos and other propaganda that demonized Arabs / Muslims and blamed them for the 9/11 Attacks.
The community at GNN was absolutely hostile to the idea that the towers were brought down in a controlled demolition.
GNN gave Sander Hicks a special feature spot with his 2002 9/11 story about Delmart Vreeland.

I remember reading a comment years ago at 911blogger from RT where he stated that (this is poorly paraphrased, mind you) Ryan Dawson did a really good job of starting to put together this 9/11 puzzle - exposing Israel's role, nonetheless!
Like an elephant, I never forget.
Oh, and for Danse you should add his film "The Third Stage" which was also praised by RT for FINALLY mentioning Israel.
