Mainstreaming MIHOP: New Polls Chart Progress of "Inside Job," Controlled Demolition Hypotheses

Since mid-2004, a series of scientific polls has shown high levels of support for the LIHOP (let it happen on purpose) interpretation of 9/11. According to this interpretation, top US officials knew the attacks were coming and intentionally allowed them to succeed.

...that ticks most of the right boxes. Looks like our island of truthers ain't so lonely anymore.

I haven't had time to read this article closely, but its premise is intriguing: that information about the coming American economic collapse and its impact on regular people can be inferred from the collapse of the Soviet Union. The author describes the contrasts between the two societies (and their reaction to massive upheaval) as a "collapse gap":

If you want to keep people from talking about something, it helps to make it sound like something they would find distasteful, not simply uninteresting. By claiming that the "first conspiracy theory about 9/11" held that Jews didn't show up to work at the WTC that day because they had been warned, the mainstream media have always served coincidentally or otherwise to support the public's notion that not accepting the official explanation amounts to suspecting that "the Jews must have done it."

I don't know when it began but, I have found several things of interest there and they are implementing a live feed channel. Ray McGovern and Scott Ritter were on when I checked but, the audio sucked. Still, it looks promising and a welcome alternative to Democracy Now. The John McCain-Barack Obama contest has been one in which the issues of Wall Street and fitness for the presidency have far overshadowed the subject of Israel. But the Jewish vote remains a key element in battleground states, and, playing a wide variety of roles, Jews have helped to shape the campaigns. Thirty-six of them are mentioned below. This list is by no means all-inclusive, and, for considerations of space, many Jews who have played active parts in the campaigns do not appear - among them Obama surrogate U.S. Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland, and Obama advisor and ex-California congressman Mel Levine.

Also missing are a number of Jews who have played minor roles, but merit mention for the interest they have attracted - in particular, Sandra Froman, the first Jewish president of the National Rifle Association (2005-7), and a steering committee member of Sportsmen for McCain; and Linda Lingle, the first Jewish governor of Hawaii and an early defender of Sarah Palin.

It should be noted that perhaps the most significant name that appears on the list belongs to a man who has been dead for 153 years.

Congress Shelves $10.9 Billion Health Care Bill for Ground Zero Workers

Congress recently shelved a $10.9 billion federal health care bill for sick 9/11 workers. The City, through Mayor Bloomberg, opposed the bill because of a provision that would require it to pay $500 million of the total cost of the health program over the next 10 years.

While skunk is most certainly a pretty awful, foul odor, it ain't the worst. Buzzard vomit gets my vote. Will this be coming to America?
