It could be that Turkey got nukes and gave them to Iran and now one has gotten into the hands of terrorists. If one goes off, look for both terrorists and Iran to be under suspicion, facilitating a classic squeeze play. NOTE that this is not necessarily true, it's just one narrative that might be employed...

Alten was on Carol B's show last night. Starting 27:30 into the 2nd hour, a caller asks about the book's LIHOPiness, and there is discussion of that peppered in until the end of the show. Alten says there is a variety of characters with different perspectives including MIHOP, and he leaves it to the reader to decide. Perhaps someone who's read it can comment?
