help with blogger sign up?

How does one register for 911blogger.com? I was banned with no explanation or response from the anonymous moderators. I'd like to set up an account but I can't find the sign up form.

From what I can tell, the most recently registered user was on:

http://911blogger.com/user/5443

If you change the user id by -1 you can go back and see that people have been registering a few a week maybe.

So where do I register? Maybe I'm just blind...
