Hey, whatever it takes! So yeah, people would come up and say something like--"wait, then WHO DID IT?" And then I would say, "well, I can't say I know for sure, but I do know that planes alone could not have made three HUGE buildings completely disintegrate." And then you might get "THREE buildings? You fool! There were only TWO twin towers!" et cetera... :)
The point of course is to make people realize that they shouldn't assume to know what we are saying until they hear us out...
So you don't just immediately launch
into "The Jooooooos did it"?
(For readers unfamiliar with this site's penchant for sarcasm and witty repartee, this is not, in fact, a dig at gret.)
However, what would you say if you went with the "we don't know...yadda yadda...freefall...molten metal" and the person came back with, well how do you KNOW it wasn't the US gov, then?

One thing I like to say is "well, my dad served in the state department for 20 years and HE didn't ahve anything to do with it, and for that matter neither did anyone in the department of education, etc. to say the USG did it is a nonsense. Certainly some corruptos in the USG may have had some involvement, but I have seen no evidence that leads me to believe that the president is one of them (cover-up not included). The place to start is with the buildings that were destroyed--who owned them? Who benefitted from their destruction? taking advantage of the attacks is very different from planning and executing them."
The idea, again, is manifold. One point is to make people question the claims they hear about us, and claiming Bush is (relatively) innocent is a GREAT way, especially with conservative folks--and it's not lying--what proof do we have of any wrongdoing by Bush? See the letter Jon Gold posted today--that guy didn't think Bush was in the know...
Another point is to get people away from the either/or scenario of: if it wasn't Arab Muslim terrorists it must have been the US govt attacking its own people. Nonsense! If it wasn't Arab Muslims, and we know this because logically they would not have had the access necessary to demolish the buildings, then the floor is open to suggestions, and that's when we start looking at who privatized the WTC to whom and what went on there in the weeks before 9/11. Faced thus with the realization that there IS a real threat, and that it is not Arab Muslims and also not (necessarily) our own gov't, people may well say "well damn, this does make sense, and I really want to know who WAS responsible since it does seem like these folks are at least right about the physical evidence."
Which brings us right back to the Alex Jones strategy of being a complete ass and giving the rest of us a bad name, coupled with Mike Ruppert claiming that physical evidence is a dead end and we should focus instead on trying to make sense of a bunch of shadowy claims by shadowy folks (like Delmart Vreeland, that joke).
In my opinion we would have had critical mass awareness long ago if it had not been for the sabotage by the fake truth movement, just as the war in Iraq may have already ended were it not for the fake antiwar movement dominated by neo-stalinist groups like World Can't Wait, etc. In fact the fake antiwar and fake truth movements are almost certainly dominated by the same cast of characters behind the scenes.

Yeah, Gretavo this reminds me of something someone said to me the other day. This guy asked me who I really honestly thought was the most likely culprit to be able to operationally pull this whole 9/11 thing off, and I said probably Mossad with a little inside neocon assist. He immediately came back with, “Absolutely. They have the most to gain from the operation and are the most competent party to be able to pull it off, along with the cover-up afterwards. The ‘Bush-USG did it’ thing is ridiculous and just makes the 9/11 truth people look completely naiive. Mossad is highly competent and motivated. Bush is not. He couldn’t manage a lemonade stand, for godsakes.†I meet people all the time, out of the blue, who completely know what’s goin’ on. It really amazes me. It must be them internet tubes that the info trucks drive through or somethin’.

i have used a similar approach with a few of my conservative republican pro-bush family members...it's amazing how quickly they can accept jews vs. muslims, as long as we don't blame their beloved Bush/Cheney...sick.
i, myself (reflexive pronoun!),  tend to have a mish-mush view on 9/11 culpability, incorporating some of AJ's bilderberger stuff - one-world government - bankers - illuminati- nazi-supporting-bush-family - CIA -good shepherd skull-and-bones shit in with the mossad/cia/m16 operation culps. incredibly evil, arrogant, psycho and sociopathological racist factions with divergent yet copesthetic agendas working together to grab the power, the money, the oil, the weapons, reshape the middle east and our planet as we know it...
i don't know if that fits on a hand-out card, though!!! haha not funny. believe me i'm not smiling, really, i'm not.Â

hey folks, not to sound TOO optimistic but I stayed out after work to put the new approach through the paces and I can only say that I may have even misunderestimated the effectiveness. It's literally like night and day. You HAVE to try this just to see the look on people's faces when they read "the fine print".

We went on to talk about the possibility that Israel may have been involved and how if it was the case we would soon possibly have to stand up for Jewish folk as we now do for muslims. She was great.

He went on to object, citing Securacom, Marvin Bush, etc. I told him to check out Ace Elevator. He made a great point which was how did I know it wasn't Bush, and I had to explain that it was more about the psychology, and that in fact I couldn't say for SURE that he didn't have a hand in it, but that my goal was to get people to accept controlled demolition first (f*** you, Diane!) He was glad when I explained that I was not in fact letting Bush off the hook for anything--far from it, and understood that this was a PR decision as much as anything.
