Who's Going to be Sued in the Realâ„¢ 9/11 Civil Trials?
I thought this would make a nice ranking poll, but knowing how much you all hate those and also daunted by the task of enumerating every potential defendant in the real 9/11 crimes I've decided to open it up to suggestions. By naming names, we are not accusing these people of anything, only speculating as to the chances that they might be found liable in a court for some damages associated with the controversial events of 9/11. Just so it's clear!

The list deserves a better explanation for why each member is included. But I think on the whole it make for a good list of people who ought to be questioned under oath with penalties for perjury. There are some names in there that I don't think belong in the list like Newt Gingrich and some that can't be questioned anymore like Ariel Sharon. Those on the list deserve witness protection as well for their testimony but without prejudice to criminal prosecution should they be found complicit in 9-11.

and I agree--it's good but seemingly overdone in some cases. We need to be able to say exactly what the person seems to have done or not done to contribute to the events of 9/11...

it depends...
there has to be real evidence that they knew what they were doing, which may be tricky to obtain. if not possible to sue them, then they should definitely go on the "wall of shame" with the media figures like Amy Goodman and others like the ones in the post below... Noam Chomsky of course, Ernest May, Dershowitz. Basically no one can be let off the hook who has actively served to conceal the truth.

OK, in fact it is unlikely that anyone would be successful suing people who can just claim that they were duped, but we have to make people like this (and Bill Maher, O'Reilly, etc.) that they will never be allowed to forget their contribution to the most despicable crime in the history of the world. I guess there should be a separate list for people who might not end up getting sued but who will nonetheless be recorded in the real™ history books as collaborators with the worst criminals in history.

This tuesday, something that I can best describe only as vastly mysterious happened to me. Then, on wednesday, I tried to document the event for your convenience, but once I had almost succeeded, my computer crashed for reasons unknown -- maybe the information was just too intense and someone/-thing decided to pull it because otherwise, there would be so much loss of surprise. Or maybe not -- I do have a vivid imagination, after all. In either case: Whoa! The cosmic mojo seems quite formidable.
Is any of you superstitious? Does anyone believe in destiny? Or does anyone believe I sound like a loon? It felt really weird, and I would prefer not to question my sanity...
PS: Before you ask, all I had was half a Guinness.

I've been searching for the right words ever since.
Let's just say that it became perfectly clear that I'm in luck. Like, totally. Anyway, I was outside and thinking (and also feeling, maybe for the greater part), and then...it felt as if something big (I mean the one really big thing we're all part of, call it whatever floats your boat) for a moment focussed on me, benevolently. It felt...totally surreal. And I was literally shaking all over -- and no, it wasn't cold outside, quite to the contrary.
So yeah, guess that's what happened. Or maybe it was just my brain all fired up on love. Can't be too sure, really, but it felt out of this world. And now, I'm off to the castle!

It's like the tsunami of mojo waves -- and when you've spent so much time exploring the abyss our post-royal overlords have currently imprisoned mankind in (but not for much longer!), the sudden rush of its sweet, sweet power becomes all the more overwhelming. If I were ever hit by anything even stronger, I'd probably drop dead, but fortunately, I'm quite sure this is it -- and that's me, Mr. I-really-like-my-independence talking. Weird. But so far, the whole story has been weird, anyway: lonesome rebel hits the town's bar, unflinchingly treats everyone to some uncomfy truth and generally doesn't give a flying fuck whether people appreciate such brusque, yet morally imperative behavior, dances like the devil (mojo, baby!) and slowly, yet inevitably wins the heart of the one girl there that really shines. She could have anyone around, and it'd only take her one flick of the eyes and 30 seconds of conversation, but deep down she knows she's worth more than that, and would rather wait for something profound. And even though she doesn't seem at all inhibited usually, she communicates feelings with flowers over her quite delicious bosom. Ladies and gentlemen, that's class for you!
Our whole courtship has been an accolade to homo sapiens sapiens, in contrast to its way too abundant, retarded relative which merely requires functionality of the brain stem. My personal fairytale -- and hers, too. Yeah, baby! So now, it's time to get each other off our pedestals, and proceed to what follows "...happily ever after" -- what that might be, I of course leave to your imagination. There is abundant evidence that half of town is aware and oh-so curious, but I intend to tell them the same. Fucking vultures. That's why celebrities wear big, black sunglasses. Anyway, today might be the day -- even the weather's going nuts: storm and snow in the morning, followed up by blue sky and sunshine only soon after. Funny how one can be nervous about something that is already a-ok. It'll work out, somehow...
Speaking of which: We'll make for one splendid couple, leaving a lasting impression wherever we'll roam. We got the charms, we got the brains, we got the looks, we got the hearts, and we have plenty of all around craziness -- maybe the cosmic plan for us is to become a shining example of the antithesis to order, discipline, inhibition and conformity. And then, we'll at first provoke and then seduce everyone -- because deep down, most people would love to be a little livelier, they just don't ever dare. Like they don't dare oppose the orthodoxies of the day. I have concluded that in order to get this revolution going, we'll need to talk to people's hearts -- they'll listen, because right now, they're starving. The world will find peace once the power of love overcomes the love of power, Jimi said -- and listening to him, who could ever doubt him?

sue the politicians
if the sovereignty of the united states (us) is not respected, then it cannot be said that it is the US that is the problem. certainly the problem is focused in the US at the moment, but until our politicians actually represent us and our interests they (and their paymasters) and not we, in other words the politicians and NOT the nation, are responsible for what the US military among others are called on to do. sue all the corrupt congresspeople who were derelict in their oath bound duty to uphold the constitution AND those who take advantage of their corruption.
