Kate of the Kiosk has been banned on truthaction blog

wow. i was in a little bit of a snit last night and posted an angry retort (an angry retort with typos, no less! - for shame) to being scolded and belittled a while back by either the Col. or Sid, the exact node of which i can't seem to find any more.  I think that original argument had to do with Leland Lehrman and posting something of his from - god forbid! - serendipity.li...
(come to find out Leland Lehrman, according to Danse, was banned a while back from Truthaction because of his pro-authentication writings on the Protocols of Z)
they were all over me. save for Jpass and Cass and a few others, not a very friendly hangout these days.
sad, because i hold 9/11 actions and meetups for which, at the very least, I would still like to have access to post notifications.

i should have heeded warnings from banned bloggers
here on wtcdemo!~
and, what made me think i would want to be anywhere else than here?
thanks, Gretavo, for this beautifully spirited and creative site!
thank YOU kate
for your role in making it that! this site would be nothing without you folks.
Kate, you can always live on this enlightened little isle
They jumped on you at TroughAction because you typed our URL in as wtcdemolition.org or something that didn’t work, and then they became the dickwad IT guys from the Saturday Night Live skit, “Oh, just see how see can’t even type in the URL correctly.†The thin-minded will always do that when they get the chance, and they mostly took a chance to jump on you because yooz one of our friends and compadres.
But why would you wanna blog anywhere else? As I always say, come to WTCD for the jewmoonhoax news, and stay for the tunes, funny pet videos, and the Dancing Israelis. Those guys really need a balalaika and maybe some hats.
You folks are like all my weird artists friends in High School. We got kicked out of every club and didn’t fuckin’ care, but that’s how we formed a strange production company of our own.
Hey Kate, sorry to hear it
In time, you will adjust to a life without Truthaction, but the road is a hard one... NOT!
I'd like to think that YT has been leaned on and bullied into this utterly transparent attempt to 'manage the discourse' but I just don't know. I've had doubts about the whole 11th of the month project, based primarily on my own experience of local Truthers with reactionary politics and bad manners being emboldened to get out in public just for the sake of getting out in public, bullhorns included. Frankly, they're an embarrassment and probably do more harm than good, by associating 9/11 truth with weirdo-ness and slogan-mouthing. I know that's certainly not true of all groups who participate in actions on the 11th, but it is true here.
I also think it is shamelessly telling that following the Purge, jdrm is left to be the voice of inquiry into Zionist participation. Not only has he made it clear that he endorses the myth of Islamic terror (or more accurately, that he can't understand that it is a purposefully constructed myth) but he is an obnoxious asshole. Mission accomplished.
thanks, Cass, points taken
and i did just notice some Jewish/Zionism talk over there recently...
Neturei Karta were even listed.
lessons taken
if you want difficult topics talked about ya hafta do it yourself. if you do it then other people will take over the discourse. this is not a bad sign, it's a sign that we are being effective and talking about things that need to be talked about. i think that (and yes, this is me talking/writing) it should be appreciated that, albeit because of pressure from folks who refuse to be silent, the ARE now allowing discussion even if it is managed. afetr we certainly know what can happen when you let just anyone post anything anywhere. These are natural defense mechanisms and we need to understand that in the sense of the greater context of the online/virtual world that so many (keyboard truthers, e.g., relate to most.
to wit--and this is just my opinion, not anything one has to agree with to post it here--that we are part of an important and morally just undertaking, and whats more we are among those who also hold that nonviolence is always to be preferred over violent acts, which inevitably make ALL of our problems worse. That we need to stress that violence represents a problem to everyone involved, no matter the ideology or "side" one is on. this is sadly necessary, and because it is we should say exactly what we feel in ideological terms as well as in normal human terms.
...
Note that this is not a statement to which I expect anyone to sign their name, virtually or with ink on paper. It is a statement that in my thought represents a universal human value. Not that one must punish people for transgressing, but one for which the root cause should be sought and addressed in as humane and rational a manner as possible.
Note that this statement, once set into words in our minds, becomes the subject of scrutiny--what do/es the (virtual) signatory/ies) understand by the word "humane". What do you mean by that exactly.
We know what we mean, we expect that you know what it means. This particular universal value is the only thing on my mind when I consider the word humane. What is it that is different about being human and being humane that one word has an e at the end? or is it that humane should always be understood in the context of one's definition of what it is to be human. That is a doubt springing from language and should be addressed by qualified translators with courage and integrity.
And all of this, yet we look upon our world today as something not to be terribly concerned about, certainly not to miss the yearly special where the compitetors in an executive's idea of what "reality" is teach us about values like strength, sometimes teamwork, in an engaging manner that compels us willingly or not as the case may be to sit through a series of increasingly more entertaining "mini plots" or "mental nuggets?" that form the machinery in the viewer's mind enabling her to interpret the cosmopolitan and fashionable world she inhabits.
a beautiful mind/nonviolence/the fallen
you have that, Gretavo. thank you for sharing. thoughts are amazing entities, no?
humane...remember in cold mountain (film) where the old woman who has rescued the dying hero slaughters her adorable, beloved, pet white goat in order to provide him nourishment? she held the littel goat close, stroking and petting, as she gently slit its neck...slow death, but humane.
i don't know why i thought of this scene, but it has revisited me from time to time.
T-Bone Burnett turns 60 this week - the soundtrack to that film is awesome!
speaking of nonviolence. war is failure. let's not forget these folks:

Keeping your powder dry
isnt easy Kate, especially when genuinely aggrieved.
A major factor in the "recent unpleasantness" is down to loyalties I reckon, if you've stood shoulder to shoulder with someone, inevitably you will retain that position. A good mate will always stand by you etc, a vulnerability that's recognised and exploited by those barren souls unable to feel empathy or the hellbound paid to disrupt.Â
My position, and I'm sure its shared by most on truthaction and blogger and everyone here, is that the real perps are identified and punished irregardless of status or creed.Â
Meanwhile, expect plenty more attacks on this site as its community, somewhat uniquely, continues to grow and thrive.Â
That is all
nicely put P45, thanks
yup
Great Comments P45
Thanks for your voice on this shore of the Matrix.
"punished irregardless of status or creed."
If there were Tibetan Buddhists, headed by Richard Gere, wiring those buildings, then we should subpoena every damn monastery!
Hi Kate,
Hi Kate,
Sorry to hear that. This move to ban wtcdemolition members just goes to show how much we are on the right track. Seeing how you got banned for no appropriate reason, I am hoping other members of that site who have an open mind will get a hint that our group was being pushed out for not conforming to a hidden agenda protecting the Zionist complicity in 9-11. Perhaps that will get them to look at our website and learn more of what they will be missing there.
In my opinion it is valuable to stay engaged in the other websites. We shouldn't surrender the info battlefield to those who want to protect our prime suspects. The only caveat is if they are actually using us to present a managed diversity for the benefit of their audience.
Quite recently, it seems they are kicking us out then replacing us with substitutes who feign our critical view of the Zionists. This was a rather transparent disinfo strategy being played out. Maybe our guys couldn't be contained so they want some of their own people to assume the opposing side and appear anti-Zionist.
Now there is to be a move to open a citizens investigation of 9-11 in NYC. Big names are endorsing the event but I'm not sure if anyone sympathetic to our views will be there. I hope this does not deteriorate into a cover up with the imprimatur of a sanitized "truth movement".
