Most of the time I still can't access except when I use numeric ip. The slash doesn't help me.

Hi. I believe I see the problem. Your domain is registered with Godaddy, but your name servers are set to:
NS1-JUPITER.NSWEBHOST.COM
NS2-JUPITER.NSWEBHOST.COM

These nameservers return what appears to be the correct response, 70.47.30.95

however they cede authority to another set of nameservers, namely:
ns1.espada.biz.
ns2.espada.biz.

It's these nameservers that return the dubious response of 8.15.231.100, what appears to be the spam/scam site the folks are referring to.

I suggest switching your nameservers. If godaddy can't offer you the service for free, I can. Email me if you need any more help or want to use my nameservers free of charge.

You did buy your domain through godaddy, correct? If so I think this is all you need to do http://help.godaddy.com/article.php?article_id=666

These NSWEBHOST.COM who currently provide your DNS seem very spammy - how the heck did they get to be your name servers?
