My vote was snarkiness
I voted for the second choice, because I think that's what those sites are effectively about -- preserving the Islamophobic aspects of the 9/11 narrative while allowing others to be revised.
I chose 3 because it is good policy for controlled truth sites
like 911Blogger and TrueFaction to secretly ban people in order to control the discussion and the focus of the dialog, otherwise there is a risk that the discussion can get out of their control.
Now, from a real truther perspective, yes, it is creepy to secretly ban people. Even more creepy is when the moderator who just banned someone then accuses the person of being flaky because they won't respond anymore to the discussion, as just happened recently on TrueFaction which is becoming more absurdly doublespeak than even George Orwell could imagine.

...is the sewer of all 9/11 forums. At least 911blogger allows discussion of CIT's work and though blogger is definitely infiltrated and compromised, they realized they would look like fools to not publish the CIT thread replete with the endorsements.
TrueFaction, however, has now officially declared discussion of CIT's work off the table, with supporters being guaranteed a ban:

YT is one of the biggest charlatans and frauds in the fake truth movement. His one claim to fame, suggesting that people dmeonstrate for 9/11 truth once a month and send him pictures, is actually pretty anti-truth when you think about how easy and necessary it is to be active much more often than once a month. If you look at who posts there and what they post it becomes pretty clear that TA is the dumping ground where they encourage the riff raff to go so as to keep them off of the ostensibly respectable 911blogger. I'd be surprised if the participants at truthaction had a single job amongst them (not including the financial support they may or may not receive from the perps) given their all around seediness...
I second that. YT has shown over and over again that he doesn't
deserve the benefit of the doubt. I used to think he was just a stupid idiot who didn't have even the tiniest bit of discernment in his gray matter regarding who he allowed to "volunteer" to be moderators on his forum, and would not be able to identify any disinformation tactics or manipulative arguments by the professional shills even if they bit him in the ass. His hypocrisy and double standards with the way he treated certain favored bloggers on his forum who attacked me and other people in uncivil manners before I was banned was infuriating, but I resisted assuming he was being duplicitous for as long as I could.
But after too many instances in which he knowingly made false statements in order to defend his gang of shills and nutcases that he has aligned himself with and allowed to take over his forum, and has continued to support blatant liars (Victoria, Arabesque, etc.) who have been caught lying and distorting facts and misquoting people over and over again, and particularly with his recent BS comments on 911Blogger, I will never give YT the benefit of the doubt ever again. I still think he's probably an idiot and of lower intelligence, but he has also proven to be duplicitous, so I now place him as part of the crew of well known fake truthers who's ship is fast sinking. When one shill - Michael Woolsey (911Visibility) - has started attacking another well known shill - Jon Gold - and even specifying which specific disinformation tactics Jon Gold is utilizing http://truthaction.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5693&start=0, it appears to me that these exposed fakes are now so distraught and desperate with their self-destruction with the way they've been exposing themselves and the fact that the mainstream truth heavyweights have left them behind with their endorsement of CIT, that they have started eating their own.
They have made themselves into such a comic show and have lost so much credibility that I'm kind of board with them and will probably not pay attention to them anymore. I've been blogging on other 9/11 related forums lately, including the 9/11 UK forum, and from what I've heard from so many other people in the movement who even know of TrueFaction's existance, it appears that most other people in the movement no longer take True Faction seriously anymore. They really have made themselves irrelevant and a laughing stock of the movement.
