Could it possibly be
Could it possibly be unexploded explosives or thermite material that fell onto and into the vehicle which ignited later that day? The explosion seems too small to be planned since it did not seem to be strong enough to affect anything beyond the vehicle itself.
yeah, my suspicion is that it didn't go off when it should have
and ended up in or under that car after the "collapse", and was caused to explode due to its proximity to the visible fire... pure speculation, but it does emit a lot of light and no flame...
