Im not sure what to make of this one.Im sure all of us are looking for some connection to some countries intelligence agency for the execution of this. MSN is trying to imply Al Qaeda franchise in India.

Mumbai gun attacks are India’s 9/11

So far the death toll, mercifully, is nothing like that of New York in 2001 but the extraordinarily audacious terrorist assault on Mumbai, the jewel of the rampant Indian economy, is just as much of a challenge for the authorities.

The claimed perpetrators, the ‘Deccan Mujahideen’ are almost certainly inspired by al-Qaeda and may be formally linked. More will emerge in the next few days as some of the terrorists have been captured and will no doubt be persuaded to talk.

But this will go on for a while yet as hostages have also been taken by surviving gunmen and there are reports that an Israeli rabbi and family are among them, which introduces another combustible element into the mix.

The biggest fear must be that this will somehow spark a further confrontation with Pakistan, where the terrorists are bound to have links.

World leaders, including incoming US president Barack Obama, have been quick to condemn the terrorists, as you’d expect.

But this is a big challenge for other countries as well as India and Pakistan.

very interesting. energy wars. I'm glad there are leaders in India willing to work with Pakistan and Iran! suprise...Israel, US, Britain no like, for sure.

This seems plausible due to the fact that our own government propaganda outlets(MSM) have yet to tell us exactly who and why this event occured.

complexity, sort of

An interesting article Gulu, thanks. I still haven't looked much into the actual attacks but I can see a few possibilities emerging... With or without complicity inside the Indian power elite it could be Mossad making India an "offer it can't refuse." In other words the attacks are conducted, with or without consent from India, with or without actual involvement by any of the genuine militant factions inside India in order to force India's hand much as the US's hand was forced after 9/11 - take this excuse to join the global cause against muslims and at the same time help your own power aspirations OR expose the hidden players and risk an escalation in the attacks against you.

For India this means upping the ante against Pakistan AND "paying the terror forward" by helping destabilize their regional rival China in part by egging on or allowing Mossad access to egg on the nearby Uyghurs, i.e. Chinese Muslims. Mossad, knowing that the 9/11 lie is in jeopardy, think they have Obama in their camp and see this as the time to escalate, double down, go for broke, etc. by complicating and expanding their regional/global destabilization program. The strategy here is to destabilize all of the big powers* by making them suspicious of one another all the while giving all of them reasons to see the enemy as emerging from the general (and partially mythical) ranks of global islamic jihadism. Theater, puppetry, smoke, and mirrors.
