Dan Seals defends attack ad against Rep. Mark Kirk in 10th Congressional District race

Iraq War veteran in TV spot is at issue

North Shore Democratic congressional candidate Dan Seals' campaign on Tuesday defended using an Iraq War veteran with ties to the 9/11 conspiracy movement in a new TV ad attacking Republican U.S. Rep. Mark Kirk for supporting the war.

Seals spokeswoman Elisabeth Smith said she didn't "really see what is so controversial" about using Caleb Davis in the ad. Davis, 25, is a Peoria native who spent five months in Iraq as an Army diver and got an honorable discharge in 2004.

Last June, the Peoria Journal Star reported that Davis wore a black T-shirt proclaiming "Investigate 9/ 11@911truth.org" while sitting at a table at a Peoria library where books, fliers and DVDs supporting conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks were on display. The organization argues the government's version of the terrorist attacks is fraudulent and offers a "Top 40 Reasons to Doubt the Official Story" and an "Official Coverup Guide."

Kirk, who was in the Pentagon when the airplane crashed into it Sept. 11, 2001, called on Seals to stop airing the ad.

"I am disappointed that you would center your campaign on a spokesman who believes the U.S. government murdered nearly 3,000 of its own citizens," Kirk said in his Monday letter to Seals, a Wilmette resident who is challenging Kirk again after coming close in 2006.

Smith said Tuesday that Seals has no plans to pull the ad and said the focus should be on the ad's contention that Kirk supported the war and hasn't done enough to help veterans.

The 30-second ad does not identify Davis by name. Seals' media consultant Ann Liston, whose firm produced the ad, said the campaign "could have, but we felt he is one soldier, but he also represents the voice of many. It was more of a choice, than a strategic decision."

Davis declined to talk to the Tribune. In an e-mail released through the Seals campaign, Davis denied any official affiliation with members of 911truth.org. He also said he does not doubt that Al Qaeda terrorists were responsible for the 9/11 attacks.

He also defended his decision to protest the Iraq War, writing, "I attended an event because I was sent by my government to fight in a war that was based on lies, including the lie that Iraq was involved in the 9/11 attacks. . . . I have worked on behalf of families of the victims of 9/11. Many of them have requested additional investigation because they believe that the 9/11 Commission still left many questions unanswered."

here's the ad

No mention of the vet's name, 9/11, fake truth sites, "the facts" as approved by JDL goons, etc. So why the article in the Tribune about conspiracies?

Diver Davis and 9/11 Thought Crimes in Chicago

It is highly interesting to see in this article, Susan Kuczka’s conscious and psychologically subtle usage of “9/11 conspiracy movement” to refer to the “9/11 truth movement.” This is a clear example of the media’s continuing campaign to remove the complexity of any word or phrase they choose in order to, in this case, drill into the ‘public mind’ the concept that “conspiracy” = “crazy.” They already take it for granted that the majority of the public still does not understand the fundamental and significant differences between a HYPOTHESIS and a THEORY. It is not the ‘Hypothesis of Relativity’, it is the ‘Theory of Relativity’ – big difference. This “conspiracy” = “crazy” + Hypothesis = Theory and thus “conspiracy-theorists”-are-“crazy” programming is very much like the already successful campaign to equate “anti-Semitism” with hatred and persecution of Jews, but NOT with hatred and persecution of Arab Christians and Arab Muslims, who, truth be told, are the only real Semitic element in this equation. With these two concepts firmly implanted in the ‘public mind’—‘conspiracy’ = ‘crazy’ & a watered down, or partial, definition of ‘anti-Semitism’—the media arm of the Zionist-dominated NWO can now, through a linguistically triggered Pavlovian response, shut down any discussion or investigation into any of their crimes, at least in the MSM world.

Another meme now being pushed is “9/11 conspiracy theorists are anti-Semites,” using, of course, the partial definition of anti-Semitism. The only term you could add to this combined concept is “Holocaust-denier” to form the most powerful, discrediting, information/discussion-stopping phrase of all time: “9/11 conspiracy theorist anti-Semite Holocaust deniers.”

At his Zionist master’s behest, Republican Congressman Mark Kirk had to pull out the old, tried, tired and true: “I am disappointed that you would center your campaign on a spokesman who believes the [as in every U.S. federal employee] U.S. government murdered nearly 3,000 of its own citizens.”

Republican U.S. Rep. Mark Kirk, to politically survive, MUST do the business of his Zionist money-base and voting-base, and the Zionist power structure in Chicago is only equaled by that of New York’s. This ZPC leadership is so afraid of the American public finding out that 9/11 was a Zionist false flag operation like the Lavon Affair and the U.S.S. Liberty, and all the rest, that they do not even want an Iraqi veteran in a campaign ad to have even THOUGHT about “9/11 conspiracy” information. This is why, as all here certainly know, the Kirk campaign has their panties all in a twist. In the ad, Diver Davis is also attacking the Iraq War and calling it a lie. To the Zion National Socialist Party, this is equivalent to calling them all liars, which of course they all are, but prefer not being called out on it. What Davis does not call it is an “Israeli proxy war” generated via an Israeli false flag attack against America.

Davis declined to talk to the Tribune. In an e-mail released through the Seals campaign, Davis denied any official affiliation with members of 911truth.org. He also said he does not doubt that Al Qaeda terrorists were responsible for the 9/11 attacks.

And that is exactly what a couple of men from “The Company” told him to say:
“Listen, son the only reason we didn’t come into your kitchen here and kill you right away is because you served your country honorably in the military, fighting for Israel’s interests, so here’s what we’re going to do now. We’re giving you this one warning: Ixnay on the 9/11ay, or we return to your little house here and we kill you, your family, all your pets, right down to your pet turtle, and then we burn your house down, pave it over smooth like it never existed, and then put up an Israeli village atop where your house and family used to be. So remember Army boy, 9/11 was an Arab Job.”

In Chicago, or actually anywhere in Illinois, as Congressman Paul Findley and a host of others will tell you, if a candidate does not play ball with the Chicago Zionist Power Configuration, they will not be elected, PERIOD. If a candidate somehow slips by and cuts Israel’s foreign welfare budget by a fucking thin dime, or votes against sending American boys to die in any of Israel’s illegal wars in the Middle East, that congressman or senator will be targeted for certain political defeat in the very next election. It’s play ball the Israel way, or return to your old gig at the used car lot.

Hey Larry, just sayin’ hello and thanks for the post. The treason of the elites is now just blatant and rampant everywhere it seems. Maybe Jesus will appear at a Cubs game this year. Who knows? We need help, and the Fantastic Four are only cartoons.

I hear ya, man

I've talked about 9/11 truth and had colleagues say "You're not one of those conspiracy theorists, are you?" (to which I answered by defining conspiracy and pointing out that the gov't's story is a conspiracy theory). You're right -- "conspiracy theorist" cuts off most further discussion; the little bit that is allowed to trickle through is pretty much squelched by "holocaust denier" if you try to point out any evidence of Israeli culpability.

A bunch of us were futilely arguing on a Canadian paper's blog about 9/11. The opponents kept baiting us by bringing up the holocaust. I finally took the bait and laid out the evidence against the official holocaust story, and the whole thread blew up. Nearly all my posts were eliminated after that, except one, which never mentioned Israel by name.

If all the congresspeople are coerced into doing the zionists' bidding, what is left for us to do? Politicians no longer care about our votes, since the votes can be rigged. I guess they'd vote against us no matter what to save their lives.

Maybe we could all just start accusing people of being "anti-semitic" when they bash Arabic people. Two bits of truth must get out somehow -- 9/11 and the holocaust.

I was listening to a radio interview with Cynthia Ozick today - caught it on our local npr station while I was driving. She is promoting her new book which got selected by the NEA (national endowment for the arts) to be some sort of book to be taught to everyone in America. Sure enough, it's about the holocaust - lest people forget. She said she wrote the book and hoped that people of all background would derive a universal understanding from this unique experience. I wonder if she knowingly wrote and is promoting a book based on lies or if she, like most, just believes what she heard. She was reading from the book and made reference to the evil Germans - the source of "the black milk of death." I almost threw up. I had to turn off the radio. I wonder if the truth will ever come out. I wonder about the complicity of even ordinary, incurious people, people not necessarily stupid, just people with blinders on. The interview, for instance, has had a wide range of interviews with people of every sort for years and years; plenty of chances to read and understand the nuances and complexity and outright distortions of history. He's usually good at holding his interviewee's feet to the fire, except on a few select, touchy subjects (islamic terrorism, the holocaust, etc.)
