I realized the "death faked to avoid testifying" has a certain compelling quality.

There is still no obituary, death certificate, statement from the family -- ONLY statements from his employer.

I fear number one.

I hope for number two, I guess. I would hate to have to make a decision like that out of fear for my safety or the safety of my family.
