There's an interesting discussion going on at another site (truthaction-dot-org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4295) that covers mostly familiar territory but which may have struck me as particularly interesting in the context of gretavo's recent remark that (paraphrasing) "it makes sense to start with the most recent mindfuck and work backwards." Posters at the other site are debating, among other things, how ballsy the perpetrators of 9/11 (and the anthrax attacks) must have been to hide so many clues in plain site. The answer to that question is found by starting with some of the older mindfucks and working forwards. (I'll leave it to the reader to decide which events to include in this catalog.)
Some tidbits:
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think John Judge posited the theory that the JFK hit was intended as a mass spectacle and trauma inducing event (like 911). Surely there are easier ways of assassinating someone, even the President of the United States, than in the middle of a parade [...] "Let's make his brains fall out in front of the masses rather than poison him in his sleep like that iconoclastic pope who insisted on equal rights for women, the end of the Vatican banking scam and liberation theology." [...] Similarly, David Ray Griffin suggested early on (as an aside) that 911 may have been intended for two audiences: the docile majority who believe what their leaders tell them vs. the more informed and intelligent members of the public who can read between the lines. It was thus designed to terrorize on two fronts.
I recall John Judge saying something to the effect that the real message of the JFK assassination was that "they" can kill the President in broad daylight and get away with it, and they can do the same thing to any one of us. The message of 9/11 IMHO is that they can blow up the twin towers on TV and get away with it. So here we are, trying to prove them
wrong.
Why would someone send weaponized anthrax that could so easily be traced back to a US bio-weapons lab? Why would they send the evidence itself to the media? Was this a mistake? Of course not. It was intentional. It was their calling card in the aftermath of 9/11. It was akin to sending a fish wrapped in a newspaper - to a newspaper editor! Maybe the same principals of organized crime and extortion and terror are at play here? Doncha’ think?
What makes them so confident...that they can murder people and know that they will not be held to account? How would they know that the country would go along with an outrageous cover story? In hindsight it's easy to suggest that the plotters had nothing to worry about. For example, the notion that two men involved in the Cole bombing were hijackers. And CIA sat on this intel while Tenet was concurrently freaking out about a terrorist attack. This is dumbest story imaginable. How could Tenet know that this bullshit would not be rejected?
How *did* they know the bullshit would not be rejected? Clearly because 9/11, though the most recent mindfuck (leaving aside Amerithrax and just possibly the Minnesota bridge collapse) is only the most recent in a long line of mindfuck spectacles/spectaculars. They've been perfecting their art and honing their craft for ages, but especially in the last part of the 20th century and the first part of the 21st. Now, although I think it makes a great deal of sense to focus quite narrowly on 9/11 when introducing people to the idea of 9/11 skepticism, the fullest understanding of the events of that day will ultimately require being put as clearly as possible into this history of public theatrical extravaganzas.

well, it's easily explained when you know who did it.
Those who still cling to the belief that "Bush did it" have to make up reasons why they would commit crimes so blatantly pointing the finger at themselves. Well let's step back and peel this onion.
The first layer for mass consumption were the most blatant clues, along the lines of the combination Koran/flight manual left with Mohammed Atta's will tucked into page 32, the one with the list of appropriate death cries when hurling towards a building at 500 mph. The perps are saying "Here you go, a ready made narrative for you to run with, and if you choose NOT to run with it...
The second layer is the one intended for people who insist on thinking critically and who don't have knee-jerk mooozlim-fear buttons handy to push, or who are prone to like muslims and arabs but hate people like Dubya (think the fake left crowd). This layer is not pcatapulted by the mainstream media, but the MSM does slyly promote it by referencing what those horrid conspiracy theorists who hate the government think happened. So the anthrax can easily be traced to an American lab? What do you care, if you're the perp and you're not American? This is an example of the mainstream press defining what "conspiracy theorists" or skeptics think about the anthrax. They have routinely downplayed the fact that this particular strain of Anthrax was not only used by American defense people but by the usual vague "and a handful of labs overseas" or some such. It doesn't seem that far fetched to think that someone simply got a hold of a sample of this strain at some point, took it home to their country A and weaponized it, then brought it back into the US of A, specifially to New Jersey, home of myriad moving companies. Remember, before 9/11 airport security wasn't checking to see whether your baggage contained anthrax spores. Nor do they now do so, but you get the point.
The fact that tsuch a discussion is taking place at Truefaction comes as no surprise to me. They are a fake truth site. Everything they do has a purpose in advancing their agenda of shielding the true perps. Bringing JFK into it is just another way of saying "Israel wasn't involved in that either." And yet it seems that the only realistic explanation that the usual gang of JFK conspiracists completely ignore is the one that says that Ben-Gurion or someone else high up in Israel ordered the hit in order to advance their nuclear weapons project which they pretended was for peaceful energy purposes (sound familiar?) JFK was not buying it and was a little too insistent on real inspections that would actually prevent nuclearization of the middle east. Killing him in spectacular manner did indeed send a message to his successors that meddling in the Zionists' pursuit of their (still) secret and illicit nuclear weapons was not a great course of action for those interested in aging gracefully.
Now, if you're a real thickie like RFK and decide that your brother's life is worth pursuing justice for, you might also need some persuading. If on the other hand you are responsible because of your drunk driving for the death of another human being AND your two brothers have been murdered, you may just accept a cushy job doing nothing for the rest of your life, perhaps in the US senate.
Not only does all of this make sense, it is the only plausible explanation that never gets discussed except by people who seem designed by their creators to be repulsive to the average sensitive person.
Now, one way or another, all of this will be exposed. We can ether do it the nice way or the not so nice way. People can wise up and realize what is best for everyone involved, or people can continue to escalate, continue to go double or nothing, thinking that there will be an out somewhere somehow.
Perhaps the perps think that everyone is either too stupid or too afraid to effectively oppose them. I tell them here and now and with the internets as my witness that they are wrong. And for better or worse neither they nor we can change the fact that we are on a track with history as its destination. Killing me or any one of us, spectacularly or mysteriously, will only hasten their exposure and stiffen their eventual penalty. Continuing to lie and to try to evade justice will have the same effect. Would-be collaborators with the cover-up of any of this should take note--they should choose wisely while they can. From now on history will be written by us.
Ah yes, but...
do you see how it all snaps into focus with this alternative perp-conglomeration in mind? This is a history of terrorist acts against the American people by some very competent, large-scale terrorists. The one interesting exception would be that one tee-vee based possible deception of 1969 and the years immediately following. *That* one -- if it really was a deception -- would have been a different kind of manipulation -- maybe in part experimentation with the new medium.
but let's list their victims...
first we have the poor Jews who were suckered into being cannon fodder and desert filler for the new little rogue state. to be convinced to move there, they were attacked by people pretending to be their neighbors, they were coerced by Zionists directly, and they were persecuted by a crazy little man in Germany.
then we have the people originally living there who were kicked out to make room for the terrified dupes and a nice new French-built nuclear reactor. hmmm, isn't there a big banking family that is quite prominent in la belle France? that maybe had a lot to do with the founding of this little rogue state? hmmm...
then there are the poor dumb americans who are constantly played for chumps, told on the one hand that they are superpowerful and on the other that they can't have free health care and shouldnt ask. trillions of dollars are "borrowed" in their name to build weapons they don't need which are used in ways that make people hate them.
now we could add the poor dupes of Germany and Russia into the mix but to keep things simple maybe we should stop there to catch our breath...
