"The leader of the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) Commander Seyfullah in a mysterious video broadcast warned both athletes and spectators that it is planning to carry out simultaneous attacks in several highly populated urban areas, with a view to ultimately sabotaging the Olympic games.:
WARNING: This video subects the viewer to very extremely dangerous sibilance and plosives that may result in moderate to severe irritation to the aural nerve.
The authenticity of the video is dubious, the timing of its release following the Kunming TIP bombings and barely two weeks prior to the Olympics is suspicious. The mystery video was made available to the Western and Chinese media by IntelCenter, a private Washington based Intel company on contract to US intelligence and the Pentagon. How, from whom and when it was obtained has not been revealed.
The video contains a carefully crafted narrative. It sends a clear-cut message with evocative images. Keep away from the Olympic games. It starts with the Beijing’s Olympic logo going up in flames as a rocket hits an Olympic venue. (See Toronto Star, August 1, 2008)

the Chinese "war on terror"
I doubt Washington is behind this attempt to get China on the anti-muslim bandwagon. I have very good reason to believe that it's our old friends from Country A yet again. For those who don't know, the Chinese have a muslim population in the northwest (Xinjiang province I think) called the Uyghurs. Their land is mineral and oil rich and of course China is as keen to hold onto it as certain troublemakers are of stirring up trouble there. In theory I think the Uyghur people might have, like Tibet, good reason to want more independence. In practice however I'm afraid that they are going to be suckered or framed with their own faux resistance complete with jungle gym videos generously provided by Country A. Country A will then approach the Chinese with all kinds of helpful warnings about the threat, and offer them security consulting at reasonable rates to boot. Anything that goes wrong will be blamed, of course, on the CIA. Americans at the same time will be warned by the Country A-friendly media about the growing threat China presents. And the merry go round will continue to spin!
IntelCenter and close ties to Country-A
Do you know of any provable ties between IntelCenter (Ben N. Venzke CEO) and its sister company, Tempest Publishing and shady figures from Country-A? I find it interesting that Venzke, the CEO of a private private contractor working for intelligence agencies, has email addresses at leo.gov and ugov.gov.

Of the videos that they have released, I found this a little funny at Wikipedia:
