I dunno, too much mystery here
I think the nature of the alleged flights and their alleged victims is one of the last things that we're going to find out about all of this. "You did great" is something I can see a friend saying to someone who just made a difficult phone call. It would imply that the caller had expressed concern to the friend before making the call, e.g. "Oh, friend, I don't want to break down, etc. when I call--what do I tell them??"
Anyway, there are a number of possible explanations for this call, from it being totally fake to it being totally genuine and I just don't see that we have enought to go on at this point. What I think we can assume with certainty is that the narrative enshrined by the film Flight 93 is most definitely what did NOT happen. When this crime is totally unraveled (and it will be sooner or later) it will seem quite simple, because there will no longer be any reason to doubt that the real perps actually DID comprise a fairly large conspiracy from which no one squealed and that took deception to a level heretofore unfathomable.
There *are* too many holes in this story
but this video is pretty awful. First of all, LC set a bad precedent with the cooler-than-thou soundtrack, and a video focusing on audio evidence (!) definitely doesn't benefit from one. (They cut the music eventually to replay the phone call, but I was still irritated.) Next, people need to proof read -- there are several spelling and punctuation errors, more so toward the end. These aren't blog comments (in which everyone makes mistakes), they're a finished, static product. Finally, the "you did great" is highly enigmatic, which in my book is basically the opposite of "smoking gun." The smoking gun is that the caller id indicated that she was calling from her cellphone.
