Trying to pin the blame on a few in the Pentagon?

I see the 9/11 Commission's Final Report like testimony in a criminal (murder) trial. The report was the government's only witness. The defense was never allowed cross examination. A verdict was rendered that did not cover all who were responsible. End of trial.

Cross examination by individuals and groups who, for the most part, want the "real truth" (<:-P) and some measure of accountability proportional to the damage done to us, has revealed that the witness lied on numerous ocassions while giving testimony under oath.

A lawful judge is under obligation to instruct the jury, the American people, to disregard that testimony (the entire report) as the witness lacks any credibility whatsoever. A grand jury would then determine whether or not to hand down a true bill on an indictment for perjury.

The only real witness testimony was the 9/11 Commission's Final Report. The government long ago lost the benefit of that testimony to support it's case. The government then, has no case.

Therefore, a new investigation is absolutely required to determine, to the extent possible, the "real truth" about the events of that day, as well as the days prior having bearing on the crime, and to prosecute and punish those truly responsible.
