Here's the latest kooky anti-Christian conspiracy theory being offered up by the Islamofascist myth-promoting 9/11 truth-denying so-called progressives at Alternet....

openly revering Hitler?

let me get something straight--I don't like "The Family" from what I've heard. I don't agree with their pseudo religious views or with their elitism and I wouldn't trust them any farther than I could launch a 300 ton chunk of twin tower across Vesey St. What struck me about this article most is the title. When you read it, they really have to stretch to back up this claim that Hitler is "openly revered" by these folks, and they fail--which makes you wonder what was behind the choice of titles. Also, one has to wonder at the double standard whereby it's seemingly OK to suggest that a bunch of rich Christians get together to wield collective power in shadowy recesses (just as we all know Arabs and Muslims do in their shadowy mosques and secret mountain fortresses) but even suggest that rich Jewish people may do the same, even if only by pointing out the existence of AIPAC, and you will suddenly be unwelcome at garden parties, like Walt and Mearsheimer. I understand I'm most likely preaching to the choir here but the double standard is of course in effect outside of our hallowed walls of impolity and that is where it serves to promote divisions and acrimony. Since we know Alternet to also be virulently anti-9/11 truth it should be of interest to us what other kinds of propaganda they disseminate.
