Now it's the Week of Truth, an effort to get everyone to run out and buy more MORE MORE copies of this nasty little book, with its weird SM themes, its craptacular editing, and worst of all, its blatant attempts to reinforce the myth of scary brown boogeymen who hate our freedumbs and are the spiritual heirs of those guys who figured out how to run the ovens on reclaimed human fat. The brainwashing at Apt911b has been quite successful -- Bill Douglas is congratulated for "sticking with it" and intelligent remarks by posters such as Big_D and LeftWright are voted down.

the fact that they have to put up such an obvious charade is a plus in OUR column, not theirs. so long as well-meaning folk don't actually go around suggesting it to people as an intro to 9/11 truth we should be OK... if anything they're just setting up the pins for us to knock down should the Shill Game brand of LIHOP ever gain traction among the chattering classes...

does shill douglass realize who david watts was? yeah, it's a great song by the kinks (also covered by the jam), but the story behind the song... david watts was a Rutland dignitary and concert promoter who, after having the kinks perform at his estate in 1966, hosted a party with pink champagne and burly cops in raincoats. as dave davies puts it in his autobiography 'kink', "The tranformation in our host, David Watts, was truly the most extraordinary.
