How timely for me to read this piece, my dear Lazlo. 

just last evening i attended a party. it did not end well. most of my fave Jewish friends were there. everything was going along quite splendidly until i sat down next to E and M to chat. M is an Israeli, born and bred, now living in the US with her American Jewish husband, E.  They are getting ready to leave for a month's stay in Israel. when i asked where her kibbutz was located, she stated near Gaza, in the south.  i inquired how her family there reacted to the big Gaza breakout into Egypt. she made a quip about the Egyptians sending them back and laying blame on them. I then mentioned about my high school buddy who emigrated to Israel and is now this big deal midwife. although she was quite anti-Palestinian for many years, she now has taken a softer stance and is working with and teaching them.  I'm quite proud of her, i stated. the husband E suddenly moved his chair closer and started telling me what he thinks of the Palestinians: " You don't know what it's like. M's family and people have to worry about missiles, someone they know was killed, you don't know! he irately chastised me. they are scum, they are pigs, i tell you, they are pigs!!!" at that moment, i was saved from retort by my ole man stating we had a call from our daughter. we left hurriedly. i broke down in tears outside.  this has happened a couple of times with E when the subject of Palestine-Israel comes up.  although we've touched on 9/11 and my research regarding demolition, remote control, security companies, i have not had the heart  to really lay it on the line.  there never seems to be the right time.

but the  perceived hurt, victim vindication, and persecution paranoia MO is really wearing thin. i wanted to scream "don't you know your have been victims of a protection racket? your fears of persecution may actually come true when the world finally swallows the truth!"

i pray i find the right words the next time we speak....

btw, your Kabalistic Gematria numerology expo on the 6 million is amazing, Lazlo. wow.

and...i found the video on the 9/11 cellphone call very interesting, perhaps not a the best quality vid, as Cass said, but i have always had a hunch they were forced to make calls on the ground and then off'd.
