We will gladly take the small victories along the large.

A Washington, D.C. radio station reports that I. [Irving] Lewis "Scooter" Libby [Liebowitz] Jr., the former chief of staff [and Israeli “handlerâ€] to Vice President Dick Cheney, has been disbarred.
A three-judge panel on the D.C. Court of Appeals stripped Libby of his ability to practice law after he was found guilty last year of obstructing the investigation in the C.I.A. leak investigation, WTOP radio reported.
“When a member of the Bar is convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude, disbarment is mandatory,†the three judges wrote in their order. “This court has held that obstruction of justice and perjury are crimes of moral turpitude. Since respondent was convicted of each of these offenses, as the Board concluded, disbarment is mandatory under D.C. Code.
Bush commuted Libby’s 2 ½ year federal prison sentence last year.
[When the land is led by criminals who pardon criminals ... well, you know the rest.]
