Media Breakthrough! 9-11 Press for Truth to Be Shown on Mainstream Television
I am very happy to announce that for the first time in our movements history, 9-11 Press for Truth will be shown on a mainstream media television station. KBDI Channel 12 in Denver Colorado has just confirmed that they will be showing this groundbreaking film during their upcoming pledge drive on June 3, 2009.
As has been the case in the recent past, Colorado 9-11 Visibility will be there manning the phone banks and expect to get some prime time during this showing to make our plea for a new investigation into the crimes of September 11th, 2001.
As many of you may know, this is not the first time that Colorado 9-11 Visibility has made an appearance on KBDI. Our most recent appearance was in March of this year during the showing of America, Freedom to Fascism. Our time at KBDI actually goes back a couple of years when one of our members, Michael Anderson approached the station about our group volunteering to man the phones during their pledge drive. As a perk for the volunteering organization, KBDI gives the opportunity to promote the group on-air during their time on the phone banks and promote we did! We do not know the whole story on what kind of effect we had, but during this initial appearance on KBDI, we handed out DVD's and other 9-11 related literature to the staff at the station. To me, they were friendly enough, but I felt their reception of us was lukewarm at best. What a nice surprise to us when we were invited back again and again for all subsequent pledge drives since and given and increasingly warmer reception. And now this! We are ecstatic over this as it is the result of years of determined work by our group of very dedicated activists here in Colorado.

Congratulations to the makers of the film, and to the members of Colorado 9-11 Visibility, and BRAVO to KBDI Channel 12 in Denver for having the guts to do what no other television station in this country has done.

"In Their Own Words" is a far better film
In my opinion:
"Press for Truth" leaves people bewildered about what the alleged hijackers were doing.
Unless someone tells you that they were being set up to take the fall you might not get that from the film.
"In Their Own Words" can convince anyone that there was a cover up instead of an investigation.
Let's hear it for the sequel.
It is still great news that "Press" is being televised.
Let us endeavor to get other films on television.
I would turn on the television again.

No reason to show the first film when the second is better
This smacks of a delaying tactic to me. No one who is in denial is going to be swayed by something that takes them half way there. It will just give them something to "discuss," which is the tactic of the perpertrators. Their motto is: "Let them discuss themselves to death."

I'm not sure if you're just the messenger or if you're actively behind this effort, but I would have to agree: "In Their Own Words" is indeed the superior film. If there's any chance modifying the plan to show that one instead, the better. Don't get me wrong though I'm happy enough to see PFT scheduled to go on the air. And even though it's mostly a LIHOP film, it does at least briefly mention WTC7 and it's suspicious collapse.
divisive terms
LIHOP vs MIHOP
I will make this short and sweet.
The above terms are divisive and cause infighting amongst what should_be_a_united_front for the purpose of initiating independent investigations with power into the attacks of 9/11. Pissing contests over pet beliefs may prove helpful, but we are not here to decide exactly what happened at every instance and why. It is the hope of millions that the facts uncovered and the inconsitencies in the official record should be more than enough to initiate such investigations.

Ok, but
when LIHOP serves to suppress the massive evidence of explosive demolition, for no other reason than a deep desire for peer acceptance from the establishment, then I am against it. (w.r.t., for example, the recent ad hominem attacks on Niels Harrit by Orkin and Ruppert)
Press for Truth
Indeed I am involved in this effort and the also messenger. However, we (Colorado 9-11 Visibility) had nothing to do with the decision to show a 9-11 related film, nor which film was to be shown. I am happy to see any reputable film shown on the mainstream and prefer not to make divisive categorical designations such as these out of favor acronyms.
