What Makes McCain Such a Willing Tool of the 9/11 Cover-Up?

We know Senator McCain as the shameless plugger of the terrific piece of propaganda known as the Popular Mechanics' 9/11 Myths (he wrote the foreword to the book). Why would he do this? Could it be that he lives in fear of something out there that if revealed could make him look bad? Is it his rumored responsibility for the fire on the USS Forrestal that killed more sailors than the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty (that his father the Admiral helped to whitewash?) Or is it the propaganda films he made for the North Vietnamese during his stay in the Hanoi Hilton? Is that even a euphemism?
