Did McCain Avoid Voting on a Key 9/11 Bill Because He's Afraid of the Neocons?

McCain did not sign that 1998 letter to Clinton. I have attached the link here from the PNAC site - http://www.newamericancentury.org/iraqclintonletter.htm

Did anyone find anything that links to this letter?

PNAC letter was in 2000, not 1998

all you have to do is google mccain letter to clinton 1998 (you know, sometimes it takes a truther to point out the obvious!)
