wow. let's break it down...
...for one, I think Geraldo is above all else the kind of guy who looks out for number 1, which I think means that he MAY be trying to get on the right side of history.
BUT I also know that Fox is a) not to be trusted and b) possibly knee deep (at least) in the cover-up, so I can't discard the possibility that this is the beginning of a stage-managed damage control limited hangout campaign.
EITHER WAY though, the fact that this aired is a good sign--it means progress, of some kind.
It is too good to be true
It is too good to be true that of all the mainstream news sites Fox would suddenly let 9-11 truth go public. It goes totally against the nature of the beast, in which case, it is best to be weary of whatever concession to truth Fox allows.
Geraldo segment
After 9 years of many of us working to bring the truth about 9/11 into the public light, of all media outlets, Fox News yesterday reversed its 9 year attack on the truth movement. Watch this 8 minute Geraldo interview with two very credible individuals. As remarkable as this even last night was, I think we must be cautious as we must remember Fox is still the propaganda machine of the right wing. What could have been their purpose? What could possibly be their reasons to air this? Did Geraldo do this independently and will he be fired? Not likely. Does it force us Fox haters to be duplicitous now? Is this a new way to challenge the growing 9/11 truth movement somehow? Did our work reach a level that by not giving coverage to the new facts Fox would be discredited even more, so by being first they now somehow are in a better position to renew the attack? Maybe they will now play this topic like a ballgame with Bill O'Reilly and others dishing Geraldo as a sacrificial lamb. Will more credible news stations pick this up. Well, in any case, the 8 minute presentation was EXCELLENT. Please watch it and do what you can to make sure this is only the beginning of putting away the mass murderers who were REALLY responsible for 9/11 and its continuing aftermath!

I have had the same sort of misgivings about how Fox came to "allow" this to be aired -- it just seems too easy. But I guess I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth. Nearly the entire Building What ad was aired nationwide, and what wasn't aired was spelled out later in such a way that anybody who wanted to follow up would know where to look. Bob M. was not diverted from speaking to his point for the purpose of this spot, and Mr. S. was able to explain his concerns. Geraldo elucidated for his unschooled audience. Good.

I'll break it down
Geraldo opens with "it's the ONE 9/11 MYSTERY THAT ENDURES." then shows lucky larry's questionable quote, then bush speaking of 1,2,and 3 (tho not related to building collapses), throws in nutjubs and fires, shows Rosie making claims, then Geraldo dismissing alex Jonestown idiots, THEN the A&E stuff... oh, but first murder and immigrants...now, back to 9/11. PURE BS!!! throw in a pancake and interuptions and there it is. this sucks if you ask me. Anyone already tuned into fox news has been programmed to tune this out, especially given the way it was introduced.

Fox letting the truth out because they have turned around is too good to be true, but what if this was a sign of rats leaving the sinking ship?
What if Fox were doing this to avoid jail time later on?
Just a remote possibility, I am more inclined to think they have something devious planned with this episode.

Larry horse, you said it all!! And I might add, that fake smile of Geraldo's only adds to this ugly show. Still, if somebody is inspired to look into AE911 and the Building What campaign. Who wouldn't after seeing the Larry Silverstein segment. Amazing!!!

So they spent a massive 8 minutes trying to look "fair and balanced" while throwing in the usual nutjob and pancake buzzwords all the way through. Hardly an in depth investigation or a balance with their previous destruction jobs on truth campaigners. Passs the sick bag please

I would also add--how many people actually watch Geraldo's show? We shouldn't let ourselves believe that because this aired that somehow the whole country knows/saw it. If indeed we've been thrown a bone, it's a very small one, and we should be careful not to swallow it... :)
One too many
Well said larry horse, and someone else mentioned it not having a huge audience, true - but talking about building 7 ??, no matter what Geraldo/Fox were planning after that - they have opened the main can of worms (and there are dozens of them from that day) the closest there is to a smoking gun - 12 months ago I believed the official story, then found a video online about building 7, which piqued my interest, then found many, many more videos about the towers and the whole day, then researched it all with actual facts (as opposed to what I had been told had happened) - a week later I knew what had hadn't happened - the official story was weak as piss, the deeper I dug the more lame it got. And if by youtube, google video, emails etc, this segment can spark curiosity in the public, then that's great - once you really look at that day and forget what you've "been told" you see things as they really are. I think the best place for people to start is Building 7. If they are putting this story on to lead to something dark that they hope fulfills their desire for people to discount the truth, then the producers are just as ignorant, arrogant, and brain dead as their anchorpeople. Bring it on Fox.
