Yes, this is the UK branch of the same Israeli-owned and run company that operated out of Logan and Newark airports as Huntleigh USA during the 9/11 attacks. The full name of this outfit is International Consultants on Targeted Security (ICTS). And you know what their big selling point is -- No one knows better than the Israelis how to handle "terrorists." And no one knows how to handle the prevention of "bank robberies" better than the Bank Manager, wink wink, nudge, nudge, know what I mean, mate.
